Privacy Policy

To run your subscription and get your gear to your door, we need a few things:

• Account info — your name, email, and password. Passwords are stored as secure hashes, never plain text. We can’t read yours, and neither can anyone who shouldn’t.
• Billing info — Stripe handles your card. We never see or store full card numbers. We keep the basics: card brand, last four digits, and your invoices and billing history.
• Order & shipping info — for merch, your name, address, and contact details, so your order actually lands at the right door.
• What you tell us — support messages, your email preferences, and whatever you put in your trial application (shop details, plotter make and model).
• The automatic stuff — standard log, usage, and device data, plus error diagnostics so we can catch and kill bugs before they wreck your day.

We use your info to actually do our job. Nothing sketchy:

• Run your subscription, deliver your codes, and process payments.
• Make and ship your merch, and sort out returns when something’s off.
• Review trial applications and decide who gets in.
• Send the emails that matter — receipts, code drops, billing heads-ups — plus product updates only if you opted in.
• Help you out when you reach support.
• Keep the Site secure, shut down fraud, fix what breaks, and stay on the right side of the law.

We don’t sell your data. Full stop. We share it only with the vendors who help us run the place, and only the slice they need to do their part:

• Payments: Stripe processes your card and handles billing.
• Merch fulfillment: trusted third-party vendors that print and ship your store orders.
• Behind the scenes: the third-party vendors that host the Site, store our data, send our email, and monitor for errors.

We’ll also hand over info if the law makes us, if it’s needed to protect our people or yours, or if the business ever changes hands. That’s the whole list.

We use the cookies that keep you signed in and stop your cart from forgetting what you put in it, plus error-monitoring that helps us spot trouble early. That’s it. No ad trackers, no creepy cross-site pixels, nobody buying your scrolling habits. It’s also why we don’t bury you under a cookie-consent popup the second you land.

We hang onto your info while your account is active and for as long as we need it to run things. Billing records, invoices, and orders stick around as long as tax and accounting laws say they have to. Want out? See below — though some records we’re legally required to keep for a while.

We lock things down — encryption in transit, tight access controls, the works. We take this seriously. That said, nobody on the internet can promise perfect security, and we won’t insult you by pretending otherwise.

• Update your details anytime from your dashboard.
• Done with marketing emails? Hit unsubscribe or change your email preferences. We’ll still send the essentials — receipts, code drops, billing and order notices — because you actually need those.
• Want a copy of your data, or want it gone? Email us. Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights, and we’ll honor them.

The Disruptiv software you install runs its own account and handles its data inside the app. That’s separate from this Site and isn’t covered here. Using the same email for both is handy, but it’s your call.

This is a tool for shops and pros. It’s not meant for children, and we don’t knowingly collect info from anyone under 18.

We’ll update this page when things change and bump the “Last updated” date up top. If it’s a big change, we’ll make sure you hear about it.
