Terms & Conditions

The Site is built for shops and pros, and access is invite-only — you apply through our trial request, and we review and approve accounts at our discretion. Give us accurate info, keep your login to yourself, and own what happens under your account. If it’s done with your credentials, it’s on you.

• Two plans: Monthly at $119 on a 28-day cycle, and Yearly at $1,400 on a 365-day cycle. Prices can change, but whatever you see at checkout is what you pay.
• Subscriptions renew on their own. We charge your card shortly before your access period runs out so your next code pair is ready when you are.
• Cancel anytime from your dashboard. That stops the next renewal — you keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. No clawbacks, no drama.
• Keep a working payment method on file. If a charge fails, access can get paused until it’s sorted out.

Every cycle, we send you a code pair — an Access Code and an Activation Code — by email and in your dashboard. You redeem them inside the Disruptiv software to unlock access.

• Codes are non-refundable. They work the moment they hit your inbox, so once they’re sent, that sale is final. No exceptions.
• Codes are yours to use — not to share, sell, transfer, or hand off. Doing that is a fast way to lose your account.

We may offer a 14-day free trial — no credit card, and it won’t silently flip into a paid plan. Trials are subject to approval and generally one per customer or shop. We can change or pull trial offers whenever we want.

• Merch prices show at checkout and can change over time.
• Most of our gear is made to order, so production and shipping times are estimates — solid ones, but not guarantees.
• Returns: since items are made to order, we take returns or replacements only when something shows up defective or damaged. Hit support@disruptivpatterns.com with your order number and a couple photos, and we’ll make it right — replacement or refund.
• Once it’s handed to the carrier, the risk of loss is on you.

Don’t:

• use the Site for anything illegal or fraudulent;
• share, resell, or hand off your codes or account;
• mess with the Site, break it, or try to get into systems you don’t belong in; or
• copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit the Site or its content beyond what the law allows.

The Disruptiv name, logos, Site content, software, and pattern library belong to Disruptiv (or the people we license from) and are protected by IP laws. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Site for what it’s meant for. Everything we don’t explicitly hand over, we keep.

The Site and the merch come “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind — express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement — to the fullest extent the law allows. We work hard to keep things running, but we can’t promise perfection.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Disruptiv isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, tied to your use of the Site. And our total liability for any claim relating to the Site won’t exceed what you paid us in the twelve months before whatever sparked the claim.

If your use of the Site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of a law or someone else’s rights lands us in a claim, you agree to cover us — including reasonable legal fees.

We can suspend or shut down your access if you break these terms — or, frankly, for other reasons at our discretion. And you can walk anytime: stop using the Site and cancel your subscription whenever you like.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that isn’t handled by other agreed terms goes to the courts located in Texas, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

We’ll update these terms when we need to and bump the “Last updated” date up top. Keep using the Site after a change takes effect and that’s you accepting the new version.
